Analyze financial data, information, and financial statements. Conduct market and company research by utilizing various research tools and public databases. Develop marketing materials such as investment teasers and information memoranda. Create and review detailed financial models for various transactions such as financing, acquisitions, and valuation. Communicate effectively with engagement management, ensuring clear and concise delivery of information. Manage engagement, maintaining responsibility for project setup, organization, and the updating of engagement files. Contribute to practice development activities, including participating in training programs, and networking opportunities within the firm. Engage with clients or target management during meetings, and assist in preparing client presentations. Prepare internal documentation related to client engagements, working papers, and acceptance procedures. Continuously develop expertise within your specialization and build your reputation as a trusted financial advisor. Assist leadership team on business development purposes through preparing proposals, leadership pitch decks, and other go‐to‐market materials. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business from a reputable university, either local or overseas. A minimum GPA of 3.00 is required.
