Job Responsibilities:

  • Menu Preparation:
    • Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and presentation guidelines.
    • Evaluate and improve menu offerings based on customer feedback and preferences.
  • Kitchen Maintenance:
    • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
    • Ensure all equipment and utensils are properly cleaned and sanitized after each use.
  • Team Collaboration:
    • Work collaboratively with other kitchen staff to ensure efficient service and minimize delays.
    • Support colleagues during busy periods and contribute to a positive team environment.
  • Quality Control:
    • Regularly taste and inspect dishes to ensure quality and consistency.
    • Report any issues or concerns to the Head Chef or Kitchen Manager for prompt resolution.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Previous experience as a culinary specialist or in a related role.
  • Skills:
    • Exceptional cooking skills and knowledge of kitchen procedures.
    • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
    • Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
