Job Description We are seeking an experienced System Support Specialist and FileNet Developer – Java/J2EE to join our IT team. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in system support and Java programming, specializing in enterprise environments, particularly within the banking sector. This role requires a mix of technical skills and excellent communication abilities to manage systems efficiently and interact with stakeholders effectively. Key Responsibilities Perform system support and maintenance for Java/JSP/MS SQL/Oracle-based applications. Deploy applications and patches on IBM WebSphere Application Server and manage application lifecycle. Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, ensuring minimal downtime and adherence to SLAs. Utilize Windows and AIX server commands to manage backend operations. Maintain expertise in Microsoft SQL and Oracle databases, optimizing performance and security. Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to enhance system functionality and address technical challenges. Manage project requirements and track progress using tools such as JIRA, GITHUB, and Eclipse. Job Requirements At least 5 years of experience in system support and Java programming using Java/JSP/MS SQL/Oracle. Experience with IBM FileNet, Content Navigator, Case Manager, Suntec Pricing, and Product Bundling is advantageous. Proven ability to deploy applications or patches in an IBM WebSphere Application Server environment. Strong troubleshooting skills and a track record in resolving production issues.
