Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:

- Install, configure, and administer IBM FileNet P8 and related components (e.g., Content Engine, Process Engine, Workplace XT, ICN).
- Monitor and maintain FileNet servers to ensure high availability and performance.
- Perform regular backups, patching, upgrades, and system tuning.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to FileNet services and integrations.
- Work closely with business users and developers for deployments and enhancements.
- Manage user access controls, security policies, and audit logs.
- Maintain technical documentation, SOPs, and system diagrams.
- Support disaster recovery and failover testing scenarios.
- Collaborate with IBM support for ticket resolution and escalations.

**Required Skills**:

- Minimum 5+ years of experience in FileNet P8 Administration.
- Hands-on experience with ICM, ICN, WAS (WebSphere Application Server) and LDAP integration.
- Good understanding of content repositories, workflow management, and document lifecycle.
- Proficient in troubleshooting logs and performance bottlenecks.
- Experience with Linux/Unix environments and scripting is a plus.
- Strong communication skills and ability to coordinate with global teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

- IBM FileNet certifications are a plus.
- Experience working with Infosys or in BFSI/Enterprise domains preferred
