Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and friendly Front Desk Coordinator to join our team. As the first point of contact for customers, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless experience.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role and possess excellent communication skills. You will be responsible for managing sales executive turn systems, maintaining showroom appearance, and performing general administrative duties as needed.
In this role, you will work closely with our sales team to provide refreshments to customers and ensure that the showroom is always tidy and well-maintained.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Previous experience in a reception or customer service role
- Proficient in basic MS Office knowledge
- Able to work weekends and public holidays (off-in-lieu provided)
