Job Opportunity

Sales Leaders are responsible for overseeing the sales performance of our grocery store. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales management, strong leadership skills, and a customer-focused mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and motivate sales staff to achieve individual and team sales targets.
  • Maintain high customer satisfaction and resolve any sales-related customer concerns promptly.
  • Develop and implement in-store promotions, product placements, and pricing strategies to boost sales.
  • Collaborate with Inventory Manager to ensure popular items are always in stock.
  • Oversee visual merchandising and cleanliness of the sales floor.
  • Stay informed about grocery trends and customer preferences to make sales recommendations.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a sales supervisory or managerial role, preferably in a grocery or retail setting.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills.
  • Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Customer-focused mindset with a drive to meet and exceed sales goals.
