Our Role: We’re looking for a
Solutions Consultant II
to provide technical and subject matter expertise to some of the world’s most innovative, fast-growing companies. You will collaborate with our Sales team to close new business by understanding our clients’ business needs, and ensure existing customers maximize value by crafting AI-first strategies adopted across their organization. You will guide and support customers throughout their Ada journey—from initial engagement as a prospect, through implementation and long-term success with our product.
About You / Qualifications
3+ years of strategy/management/technology consulting and/or pre-sales engineering experience.
Working knowledge of APIs and a common understanding of SaaS platforms (e.g. Shopify, Salesforce, Zendesk, Hubspot, etc.).
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
Strong relationship-building skills; experience developing technical champions and engaging with VP-level stakeholders is a plus.
Technically and analytically curious; a perpetual learner who likes discovering and improving processes.
Reliable, resilient team player with a startup mentality; able to deliver on commitments while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Generative AI implementation experience is a strong asset.
Responsibilities / Outcomes
Lead discovery sessions with customers and prospects to uncover requirements and opportunities.
Use knowledge of APIs and SaaS platforms to address technical questions and provide solutions.
Deliver concise, value-based presentations (demos, assessments, roadmaps) to all levels, including C-suite.
Build custom product demonstrations and sandboxes showcasing Ada’s Automation-First strategy.
Scope and design integrations into customers' existing technology stacks.
Support pre-sales meeting quarterly revenue goals by closing new business.
Support customers through implementation and going live with our product.
Support post-sales retention and expansion through quarterly business reviews and upsell opportunities.
Drive adoption and utilization of the platform to increase automated resolutions for existing customers.
Collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, and Marketing to provide feedback and improve Ada’s products and marketing.
