What You Will Be Working On
Project and Vendor Management
Manage different phases of project which includes budget paper approval, requirements gathering, environment setup, testing, migration, implementation and maintenance etc
Manage vendor relationships to ensure business objectives are met
Manage contracts and service level agreements to ensure system is properly maintained
Monitor and control project budgets, including forecasting and utilisation tracking
System Maintenance and Compliance
Manage system maintenance, enhancements and audits.
Ensure system is regularly updated to comply with the latest governance policies and implement necessary measures to ensure compliance with GovTech and MHA policies.
Stakeholder Management
Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and provide technical advice and solutions
Collaborate with HTX stakeholders for budget paper approval, crafting of technical specifications, consult subject matter experts and oversee procurement processes
Regular project updates to management
What We Are Looking For
Minimum 3-5 years in ICT project management
Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology or equivalent disciplines.
Experience in full system development life cycle (SDLC) and system maintenance
Proficient in project management – Certification in PMP is preferred
Experience in government project and Instruction Manual 8 (IM) preferred.
Strong written and communication skills
Self-motivated and able to work independently
All new hires are appointed on a two-year contract in the first instance and will be assessed and
considered for permanent tenure over time, based on performance.
