Job Title: Assistant Warehouse Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Warehouse Supervisor to join our team. This is a key role that will play a critical part in overseeing the daily warehouse activities, ensuring smooth operations, and maintaining accurate records of incoming and outgoing materials.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Warehouse Supervisor in managing warehouse staff, coordinating logistics, and monitoring workplace safety practices.
  • Help maintain accurate records of inventory, including tracking materials received, stored, and dispatched.
  • Support in supervising warehouse staff to ensure productivity and efficiency in receiving, sorting, storing, and dispatching scrap metals.

Requirements:

  • Experience in warehouse or logistics operations, with supervisory or team leader experience preferred.
  • Basic knowledge of scrap metal materials (ferrous & non-ferrous) is a plus.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills are essential for success in this role.
