Overview Navsar Global is partnering with a prominent leader in the infrastructure and environmental solutions sector to recruit a dedicated and proactive Commercial Executive. This is a contract role focused on commercial management for significant projects in areas such as Water, Wastewater, Waste-to-Energy, and large-scale infrastructure. Role: Commercial Executive (Contract)Location: Benoi Road, Singapore (Island-wide transport provided) OR IWMF Nexus, Singapore (Pick-up at designated MRT stations)Contract Duration: This is a 2-year contract position, with potential for extension based on project needs and performance. Responsibilities Assist in the comprehensive commercial management of projects, including preparation of documentation for claims negotiation, extension of time requests, cost control measures, and financial recovery strategies from clients. Contribute to the preparation of accurate project costing, budgeting, and the submission of compelling commercial proposals required during the tender process. Assist with contractual compliance by reviewing government contracts and other legal documentation, mitigating risks, and safeguarding the company's interests. Facilitate the timely close-out of all contractual obligations for designated projects. Draft and review vendor and client contracts to ensure adherence to project specifications and identify deviations from policy or unusual risks.
