Description Warehouse Inventory Controller Work time : Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5.30pm, willing to work rotating weekend and public holiday shifts. Work hours more than 44 hours/week able to claim off-in-lieu during weekdays. Work Location : Tuas Salary: S$2,800-3,500 basic + AWS + VB Annual Leave: 10 Days Job Scope Conduct regular cycle counts to ensure accurate tracking of raw materials, spare parts, and tools. Investigate and reconcile inventory discrepancies promptly to maintain data integrity. Update inventory systems with precise data entries reflecting stock movements and adjustments. Generate detailed reports to analyze inventory levels, usage trends, and forecast needs. Inspect incoming and outgoing goods to verify compliance with internal quality standards. Coordinate closely with purchasing, warehouse, and production teams to support smooth inventory flow. Identify inefficiencies in inventory processes and recommend actionable improvements. Implement enhancements to inventory control systems for better accuracy and operational efficiency. Maintain organized records of all inventory transactions for audit and compliance purposes. Perform additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned to support team objectives. Requirements Possess a Diploma or equivalent qualification; additional training or certification in logistics, supply chain, or related disciplines is a plus. Demonstrated experience in inventory control, warehouse operations, or similar functions. Skilled in using inventory management systems and proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word. #J-18808-Ljbffr
