Desktop Engineer, $ (Multiple roles & locations, START ASAP)Multiple role and multiple locations Salary up to $3,150 basic + $50 mobile allowance + 1 month performance bonus START ASAP 1 year renewable contract Attractive benefits and bonus Key Responsibilities Provide first-level technical support for desktop computing environment, including hardware, software, and peripherals troubleshooting Follow and execute Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for various technical support scenarios and change management processes Maintain detailed documentation of all support activities, incidents, and resolutions on designated platforms Handle user requests and incidents through email communication, ensuring proper tracking and timely updates Support end-user computing device (EUCD) compliance and management, including asset tracking and security policies Process administrative paperwork for IT equipment deployment, replacement, and disposal Generate regular reports on support metrics and incident resolution status Required Skills Min 1 yr experience in desktop troubleshooting Strong technical knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office suite Experience with IT service management tools and ticketing systems Excellent documentation and administrative skills Ability to work independently and follow established procedures Basic understanding of IT security practices and compliance requirements Kshama Registration No. / Unique Entity Number: D Disclaimer: The company is committed to ensuring the privacy and security of your information.
