What You'll Be Doing

1. Appointment Scheduling & Client Engagement

  • Connect with prospects and clients confidently over calls and text messages.
  • Secure appointments and send Google Calendar invites with close follow-ups.

2. Policy & Investment Data Preparation

  • Prepare policy summaries and documentation using Excel with precision.
  • Update investment performance data, including fund prices and tracking.
  • Maintain accurate client records to support smooth operations.

3. New Business Case Support

  • Gather personal and health information for new applications.
  • Coordinate medical appointments when clients require full underwriting checks.
  • Ensure a smooth onboarding experience for every client.

Who We're Looking For

  • A motivated individual who is Undergraduate or fresh graduates are welcome
  • Strong initiative, discipline, and willingness to take ownership.
  • Confident communicator on calls, zoom, and messages.
  • Comfortable using Excel, Google Calendar, and Zoom
  • Ambition to grow into bigger responsibilities and leadership roles.
