Job Description

As a Marketing Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and executing marketing campaigns across various digital platforms. Your primary goal is to drive campaign performance, improve brand awareness, and increase customer engagement.

You will work closely with the creative and media agencies to develop innovative ideas, collaborate with external teams, and ensure seamless execution of marketing strategies.

  • Campaign Management: Brainstorm, plan, launch, and optimize marketing campaigns to meet business objectives.
  • Digital Marketing Tools: Learn and utilize Adobe Analytics and CMS platforms to manage content, track campaign performance, and analyze data-driven insights.
  • Creative Collaboration: Work directly with creative and media agencies to bring ideas to life, ensuring alignment with marketing goals and brand messaging.
  • Content Creation: Craft and clear marketing materials across digital and print channels, showcasing your creativity and expertise.
  • Web Management: Update and build campaign/product pages using CMS, ensuring a smooth user experience.
  • Cross-Team Exposure: Collaborate with different Business Units to understand equities and securities products, supporting operationalizing campaigns.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must possess:

  • Minimum Diploma, Bachelor's degree, or equivalent qualification in a related field such as Business or Marketing.
  • Relevant work/internship experience in marketing, preferably with a focus on digital marketing.
