Pathlab Singapore was established in 1952 and have over the decades been providing medical testing services to medical practitioners and specialists in Singapore. Along with our Malaysian counterparts, we have in recent years expanded our business operations to Thailand, Indonesia, Hong Kong, Vietnam, Myanmar and Cambodia. We are fully committed to constantly providing excellent service and accurate results for the industry. We have invested substantially in fully automated laboratory systems that perform our biochemistry tests and immunoassays with high efficiency and reliability. Our current economies of scale enable us to increase the menu of tests offered and frequency of tests resulting in improved turnaround time. Customer satisfaction is of utmost importance to us and we start each workday reminding our operations and service staff to attend to our clients promptly and effectively.
Role Description
a. OVERALL JOB SCOPE
To service existing clients to ensure clients' requirements are satisfactorily met.
To work closely with clinic managers, doctors & staff and encourage them to send more specimens.
To be responsible for promoting our service to new and existing clinics to increase business volume.
To be responsible in debts collection from clinics with outstanding invoices.
b. SALES ADMINISTRATION
To aggressively promote laboratory services to clients to increase samples volume.
To provide and coordinate sales administration, samples collection and reports generation.
To enhance knowledge on new tests so as to promote to clinics & clients.
To work closely with the Regional Operations & Development Manager/Head of Business Development.
Any other duties to be assigned from time to time by the management.
c. PERIODIC REPORTS
To submit weekly/monthly reports to the Regional Operations & Development Manager/Group President & CEO on the status of marketing activities carried out by you
Requirements
Willing to work in clinic environment and outdoor clinic's visiting
Enjoy interacting with clinic's staff and doctors
Preferably with 1 - 2 years experience in medical/clinical related industries
Those without experience will be considered as well
Preferably with own transportation
