Job Title: Sr. IT Project Manager

Overview

We are seeking a skilled Transformation Project Manager to lead our digital transformation journey in the Payments and Cash Management department. The successful candidate will drive the development and implementation of digitalization strategies, oversee project execution, and ensure timely delivery.

  • Develop and Implement Digitalization Strategies: Collaborate with senior leadership to define and implement digital transformation strategies that align with our overall vision and goals.
  • Project Management: Lead cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy digital solutions, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
  • Stakeholder Management: Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels to ensure digitalization initiatives meet their needs and expectations.
  • Change Management: Develop and implement change management plans to ensure a smooth transition to new digital processes and systems.
  • Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks associated with digitalization initiatives, ensuring data and system security and compliance with regulatory requirements.
