  • To review calculation and shop drawings to ensure compliance with relevant building codes and specification.
  • Conducting feasibility studies, site assessments, and engineering analyses to ensure project viability
  • Collaborating with project managers, quantity surveyors, and project teams to provide solutions to structural issues of facade works
  • Ensuring designs comply with relevant building codes, regulations, and industry standards
  • Providing technical support and guidance to project teams throughout the construction process
  • Continuously exploring new technologies and methodologies to enhance design efficiency and effectiveness
  • To responsible and preparation for BCA submission for approval
What we're looking for
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering or a related field
  • At least 4 years of experience in civil or structural engineering design in a facade industry
  • Proficient in the use of design software, such as AutoCAD, Bentley, and structural analysis tools
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to think creatively and provide innovative solutions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Thorough understanding of local building codes, regulations, and industry standards
