We are seeking an experienced and dynamic R&D Center Manager to lead our research and development initiatives in lubricants and greases. The ideal candidate will have extensive industry experience and a strong technical background, along with proven leadership skills to drive innovation and strategic growth. Key Responsibilities Oversee the overall management of the R&D center, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Develop and implement the R&D center's strategic plan, including product development, OEM certification, and manufacturing process optimization. Lead and coordinate domestic and international R&D resources to drive innovation and enhance technical capabilities. Collaborate with research institutions to develop and execute scientific research projects. Manage laboratory operations, technical services, and quality control processes. Develop talent strategies, including workforce planning, recruitment, and professional development. Ensure compliance with HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) and regulatory requirements. Key Requirements Master's degree in Chemical Engineering and Technology, Chemical Science, or a related field. At least 10 years of industry experience in lubricant and grease research and development. Must include minimum 3 years of experience in frontline or operational roles. Strong knowledge of lubricating base oil production processes, associated equipment, and performance indicators. Certification as an Internal Auditor, with training in IAG & VDA DFMEA, IATF 16949, and ISO 9001, is preferred. Has engaged in a senior-level position related to engineering or research. Strong leadership, project management, and cross-functional collaboration skills. Ability to work with global teams and adapt to a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese is required to effectively communicate with clients in China and collaborate with relevant research teams. #J-18808-Ljbffr
