Innovation Program Manager

Our client is a Singapore-based innovation centre that collaborates with global start-ups to drive innovation. Through its programs, the centre focuses on exploring, validating, and accelerating technologies from start-ups worldwide, with the aim of advancing innovative solutions in public safety.
Lead and oversee all phases of the program lifecycle from stakeholder engagement and partner evaluation to co-creation and pilot implementation.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute the overall program strategy.
Coordinate collaboration across internal teams, technology partners, and external stakeholders.
Oversee program resources, timelines, and deliverables.
Conduct regular reviews and adapt plans to ensure alignment with evolving business goals.
Act as the central point of contact for all program-related communications.
Ensure program activities comply with organizational policies and regulations.
Work with cross-functional teams to organize outreach initiatives and boost program visibility.
Support the development and delivery of thought leadership content and industry engagement efforts.
Prepare documentation, reports, and updates to communicate program progress and outcomes.
Key Requirements
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar or related role, with a proven track record in managing programs within an innovation-driven environment.
Strong analytical skills, results-oriented, cross-functional, and inter-cultural networking capabilities and have a strong enthusiasm for technologies.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working effectively with diverse groups of people.
Highly motivated self-starter and able to collaborate effectively across teams to meet KPIs.
Attention to detail with good organizational skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Degree or postgraduate degree in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics) disciplines.
