Key Responsibilities:
Verify payment vouchers and rental income invoices
Update monthly investment portfolio report
Update monthly project & development cost (for Maldives & Pandan)
Update sales and collection on (Pandan) Project accounts
Review Quarterly GST submission and corporate tax review with tax consultants
Prepare monthly payroll, CPF submission, IR8 A submission, overseas (Maldives) payroll & pension fund
Assist Head of Finance to oversee the Finance Department and supervise a team of accounting staff
Ensure timely submission of accurate cash flow & financial results (monthly or quarterly) and timely completion of audited accounts & corporate tax
Assist in budgets and the budget process, cash forecast, receivables and payables, banking accounts management, statutory audits, and internal audit
Monitor and renew fixed deposit accounts and bank facilities ensuring compliance with financial policy
Manage insurance coverage matters for the group, coordinating with insurance brokers
Assist external auditor to ensure timely completion of audited statutory report
Maintain good relationships with bankers for competitive rates on current and fixed deposits and bank facilities
Key Requirements:
Degree in Accounting/Finance from recognized institutions
Real estate/construction exposure is highly encouraged
More than 5 years of professional accounting experience
Knowledge of Singapore Finance Reporting Standard, financial and statutory reporting requirements
Good knowledge of accounting software
Ability and experience to handle full set of accounts
Hands-on experience in budgeting process
Good written and verbal communication skills
