Liaison with customers and partners by providing product and services and resolve issues that clients faced. Escalate unresolved issues/ requests to proper tier according to SLA. Requirements: Min Diploma/ Degree in any discipline. At least 3 to 5 years of customer service/ shipping experience. Proven customer support experience as a client service representative. Exposure working in freight forwarder/ shipping industries. Sound knowledge of 3 PL/ 4 PL service providers including shipping, trucking and rail. Operational/ logistics background is advantageous.
