As the Chief Technical Officer (CTO), you will be instrumental in defining and executing our technology strategy. You will lead the software development lifecycle, ensuring that our solutions meet the highest standards of quality, scalability, and innovation. Your strategic leadership will align technology with the company's business goals and keep us at the forefront of industry trends.You will manage a talented software development team, fostering collaboration and innovation. Your oversight will include project planning, design, development, testing, and deployment, ensuring timely delivery and top-notch quality. Additionally, you will set the technical vision, promoting best practices in software development and security protocols.Collaboration with executives, product managers, and stakeholders will be essential to translate business needs into technical requirements effectively. You will manage the technology budget, mitigate technical risks, and drive innovation through R&D efforts. Your role will require deep technical expertise, leadership skills, analytical thinking, and adaptability to thrive in our fast-paced environment.Qualifications:- Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. Additional certifications in technology management or software development are advantageous.- Experience: Minimum 10 years in software development, with at least 5 years in a leadership capacity.
