Quality Assurance Specialist

This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team as a Quality Assurance Specialist. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in ensuring the quality and integrity of our products.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting microbiology tests, monitoring inventory and equipment, and maintaining cleanliness standards. You will also assist with customer complaints regarding product quality and support internal and external audits for GMP, ISO14001, ISO9001, and ISO

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct microbiology tests, including environmental control, raw material, and finished product testing
  • Maintain and operate DI water systems
  • Monitor pre-weight processes and check inventory levels
  • Responsible for retention samples, SDS, and COA creation and modification
  • Assist with customer complaints regarding product quality
  • Support internal and external audits for GMP, ISO14001, ISO9001, and ISO45001
  • Maintain GMP and ISO documentation, recording, and updates
  • Create, update, and maintain SAP system records
  • Follow up on new product permits and licenses
  • Highlight, feedback, and suggest during staff meetings
  • Monitor pest control contracts and ensure monthly inspections are completed

Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma certificate with Chemistry background
  • At least 2-3 years' experience in QC
  • Knowledge of GMP, ISO9001, ISO14001, and ISO45001
  • Independent thinker who acts objectively and with integrity
  • Willings to learn new things and hands-on
  • Computer literate
