
People Operations Manager

The People Operations Manager will provide high-level technical expertise and advice to management. This role involves managing a team of people partners at the location. With expertise in the local market, the role guides and acts as a subject matter expert on local laws, regulations, and key people initiatives aligned with business objectives. The successful candidate will deliver people analytics, interpret results, and influence business decisions. This role will lead cross-functional projects to achieve optimal results for the business and its people.
Agility:
Develops, recommends, and executes tools and processes to achieve goals within area of expertise. Applies diverse tools to develop or enhance services. Delivers training for internal customers or vendors as appropriate.
Business Acuity:
Maintains expert knowledge of company principles, processes, tools, and external regulations. Provides proactive advice on complex issues and shares knowledge with peers and management.
Data Analytics:
Sources data, conducts research, and develops reports for stakeholders, including senior management.
Employee Relations and Compliance:
Ensures compliance with company processes, laws, and regulations. Reviews policies and standards, and notifies management of non-compliance issues.
Stakeholder Management:
Builds relationships with management to influence outcomes. Maintains confidentiality and drives key initiatives.
Strategic Workforce Management:
Develops goals related to business initiatives, communicates with stakeholders, and contributes to business case reviews.
Your qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in HR, business, behavioral studies, or similar.
Minimum 5 years of management experience leading diverse HR teams.
Experience working with C-suite management is advantageous.
Experience with complex regional projects is a plus.
Your Competencies:
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Proven results in fast-paced environments.
Regional exposure in an MNC is beneficial.
Strong command of English and confident communication skills.
