Business Function:
As a leader in treasury operations, DBS extends a broad range of capabilities in foreign exchange and derivatives, money market and securities trading, to corporations and financial institutions. Responsibilities:

• Define, oversee, and strengthen the goveranance framework, principles and processes for Sales and Trading activities and practices within GFM.
• Ensure robust policies, control designs and monitoring mechanisms are in place, which align with regulatory requirements and internal standards.
• Ensure/enforce Groupwide GFM best practices and alignment across HO and locations, where relevant and applicable.
• Support / Lead relevant regular reviews and updates on governance frameworks and controls to address new or emerging risks and market developments.
• Support / Lead relevant workstreams in both tactical and strategic builds of new automated, digital, AI/GenAI solutions to enhance governance (including for Sales and Trading, new products, and champion areas) within GFM.
• Partner GFM desks, regional COD and support units, including Finance, Legal & Compliance, Credit, Market
  and Liquidity Risk Management, Technology and Operation teams, to define and drive strategic
  transformation and continuous enhancements in enterprise processes, and employee journeys by
  leveraging digital technologies, data analytics, AI techniques.
• Develop and strengthen knowledge in the team, build up the enterprise knowledge base, while
  keeping abreast of latest regulations, trends, practices, and opportunities.

• Bachelor's degree in accountancy, law, finance, economics, risk management, or a related field;
• Good knowledge of GFM financial products (including over-the-counter and exchange-traded derivatives, bonds, equities), sales and trading processes and controls, or GFM-related regulations in Singapore is highly desirable.
• Good experience in innovative, technology-based solutioning, transformation, or implementation of risk management and goverance controls and processes is highly desirable.
• Proven stakeholder management experience with cross-functional teams.
• Proven track record on risk governance frameworks and regulatory controls.
• Good working knowledge of GFM-related regulations/rules in core locations: HK, China, Taiwan, India and Indonesia markets,
• Good working knowledge of MUREX, journey thinking, 4D design framework, Gen AI, machine learning, data-driven decision-making, and data visualization
• Ability to work in collaborative, fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving, critical-thinking abilities with passion for continuous learning.
• Excellent communication skills to explain complex concepts to cross-functional stakeholders.
