Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and inspire our team of paint technicians and painters.
  • Oversee all paint manufacturing and quality assurance.

What You'll Need to Succeed:

  • A degree in a relevant field such as Chemistry or Engineering.
  • Extensive experience in the paint, coating, or a related manufacturing industry.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead a team, solve complex problems, and communicate effectively.
  • Expertise in paint formulation, application, and quality control processes.
  • Proficiency in English and Microsoft Office.
