About the job
PO processing & confirmation of PO to customers (SO Creation)
Prepare shipping documents, invoicing and other documents required
Weekly re-schedule report to customers
Trace the shipment to ensure on time delivery
Manage invoicing and receivables including exceptions i.e. L/C preparation
Handling order related issues and claims
Receiving, validating and processing sales order
Quotations generation and monitoring of delivery shipment
Act as operation focal point for customer queries (e.g. documentation and shipment status) and complex sales order resolution
Skills & experience required
Degree in Engineering / Supply Chain / Business
Min 8 years of customer service (order management / processing / fulfillment) in industrial automation or high-tech manufacturing
Experience managing a team size of 3-5
Vendor management experience
Warehouse management experience
Strong understanding of automation products and B2B supply chain dynamics
Monitor shipping schedules, customs clearance, and last-mile delivery
Able to commence immediate or within short notice period
Super SAP / Proficient SAP user
