About the Role:
The
Binance Accelerator Program (BAP)
is designed for
early career talent , offering a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the rapidly expanding Web3 space. As part of the program, you will participate in backend development and maintenance, while also learning about the blockchain ecosystem at Binance.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain
Binance’s core products
Compile and implement interface documentation for business modules
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
Collaborate closely with teams to improve product functionality and efficiency
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree
or higher in a
computer-related
field
Solid foundation in
Java
and understanding of frameworks like
multithreading
and
networking
Familiarity with the
Spring micro-service framework
and its operating mechanisms
Experience with
MySQL
and at least one
NoSQL database
Familiarity with common middleware like
Redis ,
RabbitMQ , and
Kafka
Knowledge of big data
and
machine learning
is preferred
Strong
logical thinking , teamwork skills, and a passion for continuous learning
