About Department and Purpose of the Position Central Ops plays a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation of the hospital. Comprising of several departments such as Inpatient Ops, Specialised Support Services, Operations Support Services, and many others, the section is responsible for coordinating various administrative and logistical functions that support patient care and enhance operational efficiency. By fostering collaboration among departments, Central Ops ensures that resources are allocated effectively, workflows are optimized, and patient experiences are prioritized. We are seeking a highly motivated (Senior) Executive to support Head, Ops, Central Ops to ensure efficient operation of the Central Ops office. Key Responsibilities Responsible in providing full spectrum of administrative support to the Central Ops Office. Coordinate, schedule and organize meetings that includes preparing of meeting agenda, materials and supporting documents, drafting minutes of meeting and provide support in the follow-up and tracking of matters arising. Conduct data collation, data analysis and preparation of presentation slides, reports and documents. Assist the department in the planning and executing strategic and operational high impact projects. Monitor project progress, track milestones, and provide regular updates to the executive. Assist in managing key projects and initiatives by coordinating tasks, deadlines, and resources. Handle purchase and work requisition processes, from calling suppliers for quotation to submitting invoices to Finance for
