What the role is:
As a member of HDB’s Strategic Communications & Engagement Group, you will be part of a dynamic team responsible for the development and implementation of communications strategies to promote understanding of HDB’s policies and programmes.
What you will be working on:
Your role will include:• Developing and executing publicity plans to profile Singapore’s public housing programme across mainstream and online news media, and on HDB’s owned platforms• Planning and organising media visits and events to create greater awareness and understanding of HDB’s policies and programmes• Assessing and crafting timely responses to media queries, forum letters, commentaries and editorials• Monitoring and providing analysis of media coverage on HDB, and planning strategies to address issues of media interest
What we are looking for:
You should possess an excellent command of English and strong interpersonal skills. You should also have a keen interest in current affairs and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Prior experience in communications, journalism, design, or a related field will be a strong advantage.Successful candidates will be offered a 1-year contract at the first instance.All applicants will be notified on whether they are shortlisted for the position within 4 weeks of the closing date of this job posting.
