Senior Instrumentation Specialist

The position of Senior Instrumentation Engineer is available for the next phase of business. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support to Production and Maintenance teams on instrument-related issues.
Key responsibilities include reducing instrument maintenance costs, improving functionality, coordinating with external stakeholders, updating maintenance procedures, conducting root cause analysis, implementing MOC projects, and ensuring verification of electrical and instrument equipment.
Required qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering related field, minimum 5 years' experience in Oil & Gas or Petrochemical industry, and experience in instrument & control maintenance.
Responsibilities- Provide technical support to Production and Maintenance teams.
- Reduce instrument maintenance costs and improve functionality.
- Coordinate with external stakeholders.
- Update maintenance procedures for instruments, PLC, Fire & Gas systems, ESD, metering, CCTV, and security equipment.
- Conduct root cause analysis for instrument incidents.
- Implement MOC projects to enhance instrument reliability and operational efficiency.
- Ensure verification, inspection, testing, and certification of electrical and instrument equipment in hazardous areas.
- Support maintenance and major equipment turnarounds.
- Manage the functional safety lifecycle of SIS in the terminal.
- Min Bachelor's Degree in Engineering related field.
- Min 5 years' experience in Oil & Gas or Petrochemical industry.
- Experience in instrument & control maintenance.
