Job Description
As a Product Manager @ Tashi, you will be responsible for developing and delivering Tashis product offering, ensuring our platform is ahead of the curve and always with the end user/ developer in mind. You will contribute to the product vision, roadmap, and related go-to-market strategy/activities. In this role, you will combine strategy, design, technical, and commercial skills and experience to guide colleagues in achieving forecasted outcomes. This is both a product-oriented and strategic role. You will lead the execution efforts by working in a multi-disciplinary team with the Engineering, Development, and Commercial departments to expand our current product portfolio with dedicated services for the Web3 industry.
Your Responsibilities
Defining a clear product vision, strategy, and roadmap for our web3 product portfolio.
Being the expert point-of-contact for both internal and external stakeholders.
Proactively sharing the product vision with customers, management, and internal teams to position Tashi as a thought leader.
Combining technical specifications with market needs and translating them into value add-ons in our Infrastructure building blocks.
Leading proofs-of-concept with prospects, working closely with their tech teams, and efficiently engaging with our internal tech teams.
Working closely with a multidisciplinary team (Engineering, Development, GTM, and others) to ensure we drive our MVP proposition forward.
Maintaining the Product Backlog priorities in alignment with the roadmap and overall strategy
Your Skills
Experience in defining and owning product strategy preferably in Web3, Cloud, or an Infrastructure role.
Experience working on an entire product life cycle, from discovery to Revenue.
Strong understanding of the Web3 market.
Experience with market research and knowledge of go-to-market strategies.
Understanding the value of (in)formal networks, with experience in working with both external and internal stakeholders.
Understanding of Agile Methodologies like Scrum, LESS, or others is a plus.
The ability to influence decision-making throughout the organization.
Excellent organizational skills, with an emphasis on priorities and goal setting.
Strong adaptable and hands-on approach to anticipating surprises and providing solutions.
Positive and enthusiastic approach, with the ambition to develop both yourself and your team.
Fluent in both written and spoken English.
