What do we do
Tashi is on an ongoing quest to
demonstrate the real-world value of Web3 technology to the Web2 world via our performance, cost and security advantages.
Tashi has built the fastest consensus algorithm available currently ( 1 Mn+ TPS and latency below 100 ms ) and is building a suite of products to enable its clients and others in the web3 ecosystem to benefit from it.
What you would be required to
Conduct outreach to leads per month via email, phone, and in-person meetings. Pitch partnership opportunities and the company's products/services to build brand awareness and new partnerships/customers.
Assist the Business Development team in developing and executing annual partnership and client acquisition strategies.
Stay up-to-date with trends in marketing, sales, partnerships, and business development in Web3. Provide recommendations on new strategies or tools to adopt to improve lead generation and partnership results.
Provide ongoing support for existing partnerships and clients as needed to strengthen and expand key relationships.
Track and report key metrics including leads generated, partnerships formed, client acquisitions, partnership/client revenue, and ROI.
Maintain accurate records of all partner/client communications, strategies, metrics, and activities in the company's CRM and marketing automation tools. Ensure high data quality standards are met.
Additional responsibilities may be assigned based on business needs.
Your Skills
Experience in defining and owning Business Development preferably in Web3, Cloud, or an Infrastructure role.
Experience working on an entire product life cycle, from discovery to Revenue.
Strong understanding of the Web3 market.
Experience with market research and knowledge of go-to-market strategies.
Understanding the value of (in)formal networks, with experience in working with both external and internal stakeholders.
The ability to influence decision-making throughout the organization.
Excellent organizational skills, with an emphasis on priorities and goal setting.
Strong adaptable and hands-on approach to anticipating surprises and providing solutions.
Positive and enthusiastic approach, with the ambition to develop both yourself and your team.
Fluent in both written and spoken English.
