Job Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and optimize machine learning models, with a focus on large language models (LLMs) and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) techniques.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deploy AI-driven solutions tailored to client needs.
Analyze complex datasets to extract actionable insights and support data-driven decision-making processes.
Research and stay updated on the latest advancements in AI, machine learning, and natural language processing (NLP).
Build and maintain scalable data pipelines and infrastructure to support machine learning workflows.
Evaluate and fine-tune model performance using appropriate metrics and validation techniques.
Document processes, methodologies, and results to ensure transparency and reproducibility.
Provide technical mentorship and guidance to junior team members and stakeholders.
Work closely with clients to understand their business challenges and translate them into AI/ML solutions.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Machine Learning, or a related field. PhD is a plus.
Proven experience in developing and deploying machine learning models, particularly in the areas of LLMs and RAG.
Strong programming skills in Python and proficiency with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar.
Solid understanding of natural language processing (NLP) techniques and tools.
Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
Proficiency in working with large datasets and data processing tools such as Spark, Hadoop, or similar.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
