Job Overview:
Accounting and Tax Function
Handle daily accounting operation of invoicing, accounts receivable and payable and journal voucher entries.
Match incoming payments from accounts receivable and prepare wire reports for accounts payable.
Assist with monthly and quarterly financial close processes, including journal entries, accruals, and variance analysis.
Maintain proper documentation and filing systems for financial records and reports.
Assist with external audit work.
Responsible for tax compliance and management work, including daily invoice issuance and tax filing.
Deal with the IRAS and other Singapore government departments.
HR Function
Manage employee relations and handle various labor processes such as entry, transfer, departure, contract renewal, and termination.
Update and maintain the roster of staff and manage personnel files.
Assist with payroll calculation.
Job Requirements:
Experience in local accounting/tax tasks.
Experience in SG payroll calculation.
