About the Opportunity

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Product Marketing Operations Manager to join the Global Marketing and Growth function. This role will oversee the operational aspects of our product marketing initiatives, combining some of the responsibilities of a Project Manager and a Program Manager. The Product Marketing Operations Manager will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution and delivery of strategic marketing projects and programs.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Manage the end-to-end execution process of product marketing initiatives across CeFi and Web3, including project planning, resource alignment, timelines, and reporting to ensure global launches and campaigns land
  • Own the administration, maintenance, and creation of operational frameworks, documentation, and workflows that enable the product marketing org to scale with speed and precision.
  • Act primary point of contact for the product marketing team across the company, promoting awareness of key initiatives, aligning stakeholders, and ensuring smooth cross-team collaboration.
  • Communicate to senior and executive leadership on product marketing initiatives through clear reporting, analytics, dashboards, and updates that highlight impact, risks, and priorities.
  • Liaise with Product, Social, Design, Content, and Brand to ensure all teams are aligned on scope, requirements, and delivery for product marketing initiatives.
  • Evaluate and optimize processes to improve efficiency, collaboration, and clarity across the marketing org, while sharing and implementing best practices in partnership with other Ops leaders.
What we're looking for
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 7 to 10 years of experience in Marketing, Project Management or Operations roles within the technology industry, preferably in a product or integrated marketing capacity.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing cross-functional marketing projects and programs, from conception to execution.
  • Good understanding of integrated marketing and how to partner with channel owners. High level knowledge of best practices of each main marketing channel.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience working with global teams and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software.
  • Familiarity with content management systems and collaboration platforms.
  • Familiarity with Product team workflows is a plus.
  • Knowledge and passion for cryptocurrency tech and industry.
  • Fluency in English and Mandarin will be required as the role involves interacting with internal stakeholders based in our Chinese offices.
