GA IT Administrator Job Opportunity

Job Overview

The role of a GA IT Administrator is to provide day-to-day technical support and office administration by performing various tasks. This includes managing IT assets, supporting coordination of company events, handling general enquiries, and performing administrative duties.

As an IT Administrator, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our IT systems and infrastructure. You will work closely with the team to identify and resolve technical issues, implement new processes, and improve overall system efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage IT assets such as laptops and mobile phones
  • Support coordination of company events
  • Handle general enquiries and perform administrative duties
  • Enter procurement data into SAP
  • Liaise with vendors and provide basic technical support to employees

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have at least a minimum diploma in Information Technology or relevant field. Additionally, you should have a minimum of 1 year's working experience in networking. Familiarity with network equipment, desktop support, and system administration is an advantage.
