Paralegal/Experienced Litigation Secretary Infinitus Law Corporation Infinitus Law Corporation is a full-service local law corporation. We are seeking an experienced Litigation Secretary/Paralegal to join us. You will report directly to the Head of Litigation in the Litigation Department. RESPONSIBILITIES Your day-to-day responsibilities include the following: Manage compliance and administrative matters, like client due diligence, conflicts checks, fee proposals and mandates. Attend meetings and keep minutes and action points. Proactively monitor/review and follow up on files/outstanding matters. Conduct searches. Generate first drafts of documents from precedents. Format and proofread documents. Liaise with clients in relation to any general enquiries. Assist in preparing translations and presentation materials. Provide administrative support like diary management, applications for various professional bodies, and management of support staff. We are looking for a candidate who can work independently and as a team member, manage workload, prioritise tasks and projects to meet work standards and timelines, as well as communicate clearly and effectively on legal matters both verbally and in writing.
