Customer Support Associate Position
We are seeking a skilled Customer Support Associate to join our organization. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients and ensuring their needs are met.
The primary objective of this role is to deliver outstanding customer experience by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and escalating complex matters when necessary.
In order to achieve this goal, you will need to possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications is also essential, as you will be required to perform data entry tasks and maintain accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or other channels
- Resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner

Requirements:

- 1-2 years of customer-facing experience
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (e.g., Word, Excel, Outlook)
