Overview

Sales Support Specialist - C12 - SINGAPORE at Citi Markets – FX Institutional Sales Support Specialist. Within Markets, the support specialist will assist the FX Institutional Sales team with the day-to-day operations of the sales franchise.

Responsibilities include:

  • Assistance with booking and amending FX cash and FX options trade tickets, including pre-trade, live deal execution, and post-trade processes
  • Support with settlement-related processes and issues
  • Work with onboarding team/banking for the onboarding of clients
  • Close partnership with control functions such as Legal, Compliance, Market and Credit Risk, Middle Office and Operations to ensure governance and control infrastructure
  • Handling daily credit checks and managing alerts
  • Adhere to all policies and procedures defined for the role
  • Obtain and maintain registrations/licenses required for the role within the appropriate timeframe
  • Assess risk when making business decisions, safeguarding Citi, its clients and assets by driving compliance with laws, rules and regulations, and escalating or reporting control issues

Qualifications

  • Bachelor\'s degree or experience equivalent
  • Strong understanding of FX products, financial information, operations and controls
  • Ability to work under pressure in a professional Front Office environment
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills, with experience working at senior levels
  • Ability to coordinate processes and work across multiple teams in a global firm
