Introduction:
We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and communicative individual to join our Project Management team. This role requires you to coordinate all aspects of projects, ensuring smooth collaboration among multi-disciplinary teams and adherence to timelines for on-time project delivery.
Your Job:
Manage groups of projects focusing on long-term business objectives in alignment with strategic direction.
Evaluate, plan, monitor, and manage internal projects from initiation through completion ensuring alignment with overall programs.
Lead or coordinate program planning, resourcing, staffing, supply and subcontract management, progress reporting, troubleshooting, and people management.
Ensure program results meet requirements regarding technical quality, reliability, schedule, and cost.
Monitor performance of collection of projects and recommend schedule changes, cost adjustments, or resource additions.
Investigate facts and develop solutions to problems during the design and planning phases.
Provide timely and accurate information and status updates to functional leaders.
Help manage stakeholders’ expectations, satisfaction, and adherence to contract agreements.
Work and collaborate on other projects and/or assignments as needed.
Other Responsibilities:
Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements and programs.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Finance, or any relevant field of study.
Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role.
Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and influence stakeholders and team members.
Ability to lead projects and cross-functional teams.
Good problem-solving skills and analytical abilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in a semiconductor environment or related industry.
Project management certification.
