The Guest Experience Leader (GEL) – Butler Services oversees the delivery of luxury personalized experiences, guiding a team of Guest Experience Specialists while managing VIP and special guest interactions. This role ensures that the Butler team consistently delivers outstanding service that anticipates guest needs and exceeds expectations. Primary Responsibilities Supervise daily activities of Guest Experience Specialists, ensuring high-quality service delivery. Handle VIP arrivals, room orientations, and special guest interactions personally. Coordinate detailed pre-arrival, in-stay, and post-departure guest preferences and amenities. Lead by example by delivering butler services such as unpacking, packing, garment care, and bespoke arrangements. Support and assist in the training and development of the GES team. Collaborate with internal departments to guarantee seamless service execution. Monitor guest satisfaction and address any issues proactively. Maintain and update guest profiles, ensuring detailed and accurate documentation. Requirements Diploma in Hospitality Management or related field. Minimum 2–3 years of experience in luxury guest services or butler operations. Ability to multi-task and adapt to a dynamic work environment. Proficient in Opera PMS or equivalent hotel systems.
