Senior/ Property Executive (Ops & Support)Job Description Summary: The Senior Facilities Executive supports the Facilities Manager in overseeing daily operational and support services, ensuring a safe, clean, and compliant workplace environment. This role is responsible for managing service vendors, maintaining service quality, and implementing health, safety, and workplace initiatives. Responsibilities Support the Facilities Manager in continuous improvement efforts to enhance operational efficiency and service delivery. Supervise and coordinate the performance of cleaning, security, landscaping, and catering services to ensure operational excellence. Manage vendor contracts and conduct regular inspections and audits to maintain cleanliness, safety, and functionality across facilities. Respond promptly to operational issues and emergencies, coordinating with service providers for quick resolution. Assist in budget tracking, service reports, and performance reviews for outsourced vendors. Foster strong working relationships with vendors, contractors, and internal stakeholders. Monitor contractor performance, service quality, and adherence to maintenance schedules. Liaise with vendors, service providers, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth facility operations. Promote workplace safety practices and ensure compliance with company and statutory safety standards. Supervise and oversee the AV and Logistics team to ensure seamless event setup and successful event execution. Ensure meticulous attention to detail to maintain accuracy and completeness of item descriptions, specifications, and unit rates within the SOR. Manage tenant relations to ensure seamless fit‐out execution. Qualifications Diploma/Degree in Facilities Management or equivalent with a minimum of 3 years relevant experience leading a facilities operations team. Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
