Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled individual to fill the role of ATM Technician. As an ATM Technician, you will be responsible for providing hardware maintenance and installation services, as well as basic software support.

You will manage customer incidents and build working relationships with customers to resolve issues in a timely manner.

Your responsibilities will include verifying site environments meet requirements, installing customer systems according to plan, and certifying that installations meet customer needs.

You will analyze and correct technical problems on equipment within assigned customer accounts and perform preventive maintenance routines.

In addition, you may perform routine jobs, overhauls, and maintenance repairs, as well as modular swaps and unit replacements.

A key aspect of this role is responding to customer calls in a timely manner, keeping customers informed during the problem resolution process, and performing service verification and customer satisfaction surveys.

You will also be responsible for capturing detailed customer asset information and other data required to complete invoicing or billing activities.
