Job Title: Associate Officer

In this role, you will be responsible for supporting ATM operations across the island, 24/7. You will work closely with FLM Technicians to complete routine duties and ensure the smooth functioning of ATMs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with FLM Technician to complete live tickets routine duties.
  • Perform arming and disarming premises for FLM/SLM to service ATMs and vendors.
  • Verify ATM Machine ID before disarming premises.
  • Check consumables stored inside alarm cabinets.
  • Observe FLM/SLM servicing ATMs and ensure no abnormalities occur.
  • Witness FLM/SLM counting jammed cash or coins.
  • Check and verify TEbag information are correct and properly sealed.
  • Perform 'tug and pull' on machine fascia doors to ensure proper locking.
  • Prevent public disturbance while servicing ATMs.
  • Perform final checks to ensure no equipment or items left behind.
Requirements:
  1. No criminal or bankruptcy record.
  2. No academic qualifications are required.
  3. A six-month service bond is mandatory.
  4. A Class 3 driving license is optional.
  5. A valid Security PLRD License is required.
  6. A Guard & Patrol Cert is also required.
  7. Candidates must be able to stay in Singapore for the job.
Benefits:
  • Ez-Link Card of SGD 128 is claimable monthly.
  • Average monthly gross pay is SGD 2,600 to 2,800.
Working Conditions:

This role requires working three shifts, rotating every few days. Overtime is required, working one rest day per month.
