Supply Chain Planning Specialist

Role overview: Support and govern the end-to-end Intercompany transaction processes across Greater Asia under the APEX - FSFE model, including managing ordering, returns, and claims. The role requires strong data analysis, system master data coordination, and process governance, with involvement in scaling the FSFE program to deliver tariffs savings.
Responsibilities
APEX Intercompany Order Governance: Provide operational support to Greater Asia countries for Purchase Order (PO) and Sales Order (SO) placement under the Singapore Tax Principal model.
Lead and execute ad-hoc requests related to intercompany returns, claims, and inventory rebalancing, ensuring alignment with business priorities and stakeholder expectations.
Monitor daily transaction reports and IDOC error logs, proactively driving resolution and providing recovery guidance to mitigate risks.
Attend escalations from stakeholders, perform root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions to ensure process reliability.
Ensure operational accuracy and efficiency to meet monthly KPIs.
Support year-end financial activities, including system updates for order costing in collaboration with regional finance teams.
Maintain and update documentation such as desktop procedures, job aids, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Document and deliver training on intercompany planning processes to ensure consistent understanding and execution.
Master Data Maintenance
Ensure synchronization and accuracy of master data across planning and production systems; collaborate with the APEX master data team to identify material status and ensure accurate setup in accordance with the APEX model.
Project Management For First Sale For Export
Support end-to-end system testing to enable smooth transactions, coordinate master data setup, and process changes to ensure the project stays on track; post go-live, support day-to-day operations to ensure tax compliance and work with stakeholders to troubleshoot and drive timely resolutions during hypercare.
Continuous Improvements
Assess process gaps and improve operational efficiency and work accuracy; standardize and simplify transactional tasks to reduce complexity and improve scalability; maintain updated process maps and ensure job aids are clear, current, and aligned with best practices.
Key Supply Chain Operation Metrics
Accountable for achieving monthly APEX KPIs (e.g., Order Accuracy, Claims processing time, IDOC error processing); monitor performance and recommend corrective and preventive actions as required.
Preferred Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain/Business/Logistics/Economics or related fields; 1-2 years experience (fresh graduates welcome); strong Microsoft Excel skills, including macros; analytical, numerate, and detail-oriented; customer-focused and a good team player; self-starter with ability to multi-task and work with virtual teams; good command of English; SAP knowledge.
