Lead the quarterly forecasting and annual budgeting process by working closely with relevant functions to produce key financials for the company
Lead the formulation and setting of targets for functional leads, to ensure alignment with business plan on resources and execution
Collaborate with other related functions to effectively manage financial & budgetary matters relating to strategic initiatives / business plan
Monitor and manage actual financials against budget / targets, ensuring tracking of the company’s key performance metrics
Conduct in-depth analysis of financial patterns to enhance senior management’s understanding of company financials. Collaborate closely with business leaders to develop business cases and actively engage in discussions to support the achievement on key performance indicators
Spearhead presentation materials on a variety of topics including annual budget, target settings, business case proposals
Continuously review and enhance processes and practices relating to company performance management to improve overall process effectiveness
Handle ad-hoc assignments to support both internal and external stakeholders as finance business partners

Experience / Skills
Degree in Accountancy/Finance/ Business Administration or relevant discipline
At least 10 years of relevant experience in insurance, financial reporting and/or performance management
Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
Experience with SAP, Essbase system, Tableau and Alteryx have an added advantage
Strong analytical skills and data driven. Organised and methodical.
Able to work closely with senior management to drive key strategic and business discussion, with proven ability to follow through key initiatives via effective stakeholder management
Ability to drive strategic ideas into tangible action plans which can be implemented practically
Strong leadership to motivate and develop team members
Able to work both independently and collaboratively with other functions
