Ltd. is strategically situated at Singapore Changi International Airport, one of the world's busiest airports. We have over 200 employees across segments such as Airport systems, Logistics, and Customer Support. Job Description Manage major baggage handling machines and equipment delivery, receiving, and inventory controls. Prepare monthly and weekly reports analyzing expenditure on materials for the Project Director and/or Project Manager. Implement and monitor spare parts management processes and procedures. Ensure cleanliness and optimal space management within the warehouse and project site. Develop and implement procedural improvements, including safety measures, within the warehouse and project site. Supervise warehouse staff, ensuring compliance with procedures, QA/QC, and HSE regulations. Manage the upkeep and movement of company vehicles. Ensure records in the Computerised Maintenance Management System (CMMS) are accurate and up-to-date. Conduct regular physical counts of warehouse items to reconcile with CMMS data. Qualifications Diploma or bachelor's degree in supply chain management or warehouse management. Knowledge of safety procedures, equipment maintenance, and warehouse best practices. Class 3 driving license is beneficial. Ability to respond quickly to emergency situations. Good communication skills in English. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to develop a team. At least 3 years of managerial or supervisory experience in a warehouse or store setting.
