Roles & Responsibilities As customer success, the team will work closely with sales team to provide a smooth customer journey through project management and scheduling Prepare and maintain checklists, forms as part of company's standard operating procedure (S.O.P)Assist for on-site equipment setup for POS System and provide support for customers moving forward Other scope for Customer Success Team includes: pre-sales site visits solution consultation regular visits to our customers Able to communicate effectively with customers, helping to evaluate customers' future needs and recommend best practices Once familiar with company's solution, applicant will be given the opportunity to take on Project Management role and/or Pre-Sales role Requirements Candidate should possess at least Diploma in Computer Science/Information Technology, Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management or equivalent Looking for individuals with ability to speak and write in Chinese to cater to our growing Chinese-speaking customer base Candidates who possess relevant qualifications, employment background and suitable skills sets will be a plus Candidates with no experience may also apply, and will be considered on individual merits #J-18808-Ljbffr
