BIM Coordinator (MEP) page is loaded## BIM Coordinator (MEP)locations: Singaporeposted on: Posted Todayjob requisition id: JR * Lead the production, coordination, and maintenance of detailed 3D BIM models for Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems using Autodesk Revit, ensuring full integration across architectural and structural disciplines.* Support MEP engineers in developing accurate and coordinated models, including HVAC ductwork, chilled water piping, plumbing layouts, cable trays, conduits, electrical equipment, lighting, and fire protection systems.* Generate project-specific outputs such as load schedules, single-line diagrams (SLDs), riser diagrams, panel schedules, and annotated views from the coordinated models.* Ensure all BIM deliverables comply with project BIM Execution Plans (BEPs), Surbana Jurong’s BIM standards, and internationally recognized frameworks such as ISO 19650.* Lead and participate in clash detection and resolution activities using Navisworks Manage, collaborating closely across teams to resolve spatial and design conflicts.* Manage and contribute to the preparation of construction drawings, coordination documentation, and model data sets through BIM 360 / Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC).* Drive modeling efficiency and consistency through the development and management of Revit families, BIM content libraries, templates, and automation tools.* Conduct thorough QA/QC checks to ensure models and extracted drawings are accurate, coordinated, constructible, and aligned with project requirements at each stage of delivery.At Surbana Jurong, we put talent, hard work, teamwork and a fun workplace together to approach problems and solve them creatively and collaboratively.
